McNutt Orthodontics is hiring a DA II Clinical Orthodontic Assistant. The personality test, when answered honestly and quickly with your first gut response, reveals how you process information, view the world and what type of work you environment you would thrive in. It also reveals how you best learn and how we can best grow you as a person and team member. There are no right or wrong answers. We have a variety of personality types on our team and a healthy team should not have too many of the same type. We will learn the truth regardless, so don’t try to guess which answers we would want, as that totally defeats the purpose of helping us learn about you. After you complete the personality profile, take a picture of the results, including the letters and the percentages. Attach that photo with your other documents in your email to us.

We may conduct an initial phone interview and then a group interview thereafter. After we narrow our candidate list, we will require two day long working interviews. We look forward to hearing from you.
